- Customer Inquiries: Respond to queries submitted via the bank’s Contact Us form.
- Request for Information (RFI): Contact customers to obtain necessary information/documents for KYC, AML, risk, and operations teams.
- Transaction Verification: Perform call-backs with customers to confirm transactions.
- First Call Resolution: Address customer queries and concerns effectively to ensure quick and accurate solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Identify customer needs, clarify concerns, and provide comprehensive answers and appropriate solutions.
- Customer Assistance: De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers by offering patient and professional support.
- Complaint Handling: Serve as Level 1 contact for customer complaints and escalate as needed.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed call logs and reports, ensuring all conversations are properly documented in the call centre database.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to queries submitted via the bank’s Contact Us form.
- Education: Minimum Diploma and above.
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Experience: At least 6 months of customer support experience in any industry.
- Tech-Savvy: Interest in the customer’s products and platform features.
- Sales & Service: Ability to meet sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Problem-Solving: Strong capability to transition support calls into sales opportunities.
- Customer Rapport: Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Multitasking: Efficient in handling multiple tasks and navigating computer systems.
- Ownership & Accountability: Committed to resolving customer issues before ending calls.
- Results-Driven: Self-motivated to achieve targets and deliver top-tier service.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
