  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to queries submitted via the bank’s Contact Us form.
  • Request for Information (RFI): Contact customers to obtain necessary information/documents for KYC, AML, risk, and operations teams.
  • Transaction Verification: Perform call-backs with customers to confirm transactions.
  • First Call Resolution: Address customer queries and concerns effectively to ensure quick and accurate solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify customer needs, clarify concerns, and provide comprehensive answers and appropriate solutions.
  • Customer Assistance: De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers by offering patient and professional support.
  • Complaint Handling: Serve as Level 1 contact for customer complaints and escalate as needed.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed call logs and reports, ensuring all conversations are properly documented in the call centre database.
  • Education: Minimum Diploma and above.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of customer support experience in any industry.
  • Tech-Savvy: Interest in the customer’s products and platform features.
  • Sales & Service: Ability to meet sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong capability to transition support calls into sales opportunities.
  • Customer Rapport: Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Multitasking: Efficient in handling multiple tasks and navigating computer systems.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Committed to resolving customer issues before ending calls.
  • Results-Driven: Self-motivated to achieve targets and deliver top-tier service.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
