3. Customer Service and Sales:

  • Serve customers promptly and courteously, taking orders and providing food in an efficient manner.
  • Handle payments, issue receipts, and provide change if needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Clean and sanitize chopping boards, knives, and food preparation areas regularly.
  • Ensure the food truck is kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Report any issues related to the food truck or equipment to management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Language required: English & Mandarin
  • Skills required: Knife skills, Time management

Experience:

  • Experience in food handling, chopping, or preparation is preferred.
  • Experience driving large vehicles, such as food trucks or delivery vans, is an advantage.

Licenses:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain one).

Skills:

  • Strong knife-handling and food preparation skills.
  • Good driving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays may be required based on business operations.
