**[Recruitment]** **Position: Logistics Assistance (2 positions available)** - **Working Days:** Monday to Friday (5-day workweek) - **Hours:** 6:30 am – 3:30 pm / 8:30 am – 5:30 pm - **Salary:** Based on experience and qualifications - **Age Requirement:** 18+ (Open to all genders) - **Experience:** No specific experience required; training will be provided - **Location:** Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur ### **[Job Responsibilities]** - Manage daily inventory for incoming and outgoing parts, maintaining accurate records for future reference. - Perform visual inspections of parts to ensure they are undamaged upon arrival and dispatch. - Oversee the parts return process with engineers, ensuring timely returns. - Handle paperwork, filing, phone calls, and provide support to customers; strong computer literacy and customer service skills are essential. - Act as a backup for Customer Service Team members when needed. - Maintain accurate documentation and housekeeping of job records, including data entry, email responses, data analysis, form completion, and parts inventory management. - Engage as a proactive team member in the service department, ready to take on additional tasks as required. ### **[Role Overview]** This role involves general office support and parts management within the IT services sector. It is an entry-level position, comparable to a junior clerk or logistics assistant role, based entirely in the office. It does not require HR or accounting skills but does include rotating shifts between **6:30 am - 3:30 pm** and **8:30 am - 5:30 pm**.
