Job description: • Responsible for full spectrum of Account & administration job function • Perform day-to-day accounting functions for month-end account closing. These may include cash and payment vouchers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and journal entries. • Review and verify invoices received before posting into the accounting system. • Process and validate all travel and expenses claims and record the transactions into accounting systems. • Check, review and process all cash vouchers received from branches. • Photocopy supporting documents, attach to cash/ payment vouchers and record the transactions into accounting system. • Liaise with branch leader / supervisor/ manager related to daily cash transaction (if any) • Organizing files of multiple accounts. • Assist Head of Account related to accounting functions. • Assist in preparing monthly branches report. • To assist in handling payroll processing. • To ensure all the documents are filing properly and up to date. • To enhance and strengthens internal controls. • To handle and assist in any other ad-hoc duties and functions from time to time & other office administration works when required by management. Job Requirements: • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration, Finance, professional certificate or equivalent. • Proven time management and communication skills. • At least two (2) years working experience. • Knowledge in Auto count Accounting System will be an added advantage. • Familiar with Microsoft Office such as Ms Word & Ms Excel • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem solving and decision making attitude. • Good ethics and reliability.
