Sales Executive

Main Duties - Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s products, services, and related activities. - Conduct site visits to present the hotel’s facilities to prospective clients, ensuring strong engagement. - Execute all sales action plans for the designated market area as outlined in the marketing strategy. - Establish and maintain organized files on key active accounts within the assigned market area. - Provide feedback to the Director of Sales or General Manager on changing market conditions and competitor trends, based on direct sales efforts, calls, and outreach within the assigned market. - Assist with hotel inspections for walk-ins, meeting groups, and contracted clients, including planning next steps for future follow-ups. - Meet and welcome key accounts, group organizers, and VIP guests upon their arrival. - Share sales-related information with other departments to ensure cohesive guest experiences. - Attend pre-conference meetings as required, and assist in preparing post-conference reports. - Execute all responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner, in line with hotel policies to achieve overall objectives of the position. - Foster and maintain strong team member relations. - Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and attitude toward hotel guests, clients, and team members. - Undertake related duties and special projects as assigned.
