  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor middleware environments to ensure optimal performance and availability. Diagnose and resolve middleware-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and integration failures Perform regular maintenance, patching and upgrades of middleware systems to ensure they are up-to-date and secure. Provide technical support to application developers and IT teams regarding middleware-related queries and issues. Maintain accurate documentation of middleware configurations, processes, and issue resolutions. Work closely with application development teams and IT support staff to ensure seamless integration and operation of middleware solutions. Implement and maintain security measures to protect middleware environments and ensure data integrity. Identify opportunities to optimize middleware performance and improve support processes. Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud-based infrastructure. Implement and manage cloud security measures to protect data and systems Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention Work with global teams to manage and deliver globally managed services. Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years in middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, JBOSS, Apache Kafka, or similar. Familiarity with cloud-based middleware solutions and integration platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate and work independently and as part of a team. Certifications in middleware technologies or related areas are a plus. Require on-call availability and working outside regular hours to resolve critical issues or perform scheduled maintenance. Involve collaboration with remote teams and vendors to ensure effective middleware support and integration
