"JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • To supervise and bake pastries, cakes, breads and others to achieve production outputs. • To ensure and bake all bakery items based on menu and standardized recipes. • Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls. • To be responsible for the bread and pastries production line. • To ensure baking needs and inventories supplies are at an optimum level and to record inventory made and used. • To ensure finished goods and raw material are stored properly and are in good condition always. • To comply to all food safety and food act regulations to ensure quality of products. • To lead and supervisor Junior Bakers and Trainees. • To perform other duties as assigned by the Management. JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: • Preferably 2 years of experience as a Baker • Minimum Certificate in Culinary Arts / Pastry Art / Bread making or Relevant qualifications in related field • Knowledge of food act and food safety • Able to work in a team and independently with strong planning and resources management skills.
