Quality Assurance Executive

1. To support the quality assurance system and ensure an effective quality checking system implemented and maintained. 2. Troubleshoot, analyse and identify problems in the product quality, provide countermeasure and recommendation to enhance product quality. 3. Co-ordinate, discuss and liaise with internal team members for any product quality related matters. 4. Perform quality and reliability research to eliminate defects in product and reduce product failure rate at market. 5. Optimize the product processes to achieve higher quality and lower cost. 6. Coordinate, Implement and maintain documentations for all stages and processes of the QA/QC Department, and whole company. 7. Conduct necessary product testing as required. 8. To manage and facilitate all regulatory submissions and/or renewal of licence, product listing and registration/ certification. 9. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is carried out effectively at all stages of production. 10. To handle product technical complaints and provide the solution in a timely manner. 11. Perform any other job function that may be assigned from time to time from superior Job requirement: 1. At least 3 years experience in regulatory affairs within a pharmaceutical/ healthcare company. 2. Preferably specialized in Manufacturing environment. 3. Independent and Analytical with Initiative. 4. Able to work independently & goal driven. 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
