What You'll Do:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Conduct employees exit interviews, exit essentials

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Design and manage competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards and company policies.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including flexible benefits claims, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in creating and implementing performance appraisal systems for all quarters.
  • Monitor employee performance and support performance improvement plans as needed (PEP)

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs for employees.
  • Support career development and growth initiatives across the company.

Employee Relations:

  • Be the go-to contact for employees regarding HR queries and concerns.
  • Facilitate clear communication between management and employees, promoting a positive work environment.

Compliance & Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement & Events:

  • Create and assign teams for event execution, overseeing the planning and management of each event.
  • Purchase birthday cakes for employees each month to celebrate their special day.
  • Manage the purchase of name cards for employees as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations, with an agency background being an added advantage.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills to independently manage all HR functions.
  • Flexibility to "change hats", whether supporting management or addressing employee needs.
  • Excellent social and communication skills to engage effectively with management & employees at all levels.
  • Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with management and leadership teams.
  • The ability to quickly adapt and prioritize tasks based on management direction.
