  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage & grow relationships with top-tier clients like L'Oréal Paris, Kiehl's, Maybelline, 3CE, Maybank, AEON Bank, Ali Cafe, Royal Canin, and more.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
  • Provide strategic marketing insights to help brands overcome challenges and drive results.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to bring bold, innovative ideas to life.
  • Handle project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track progress, provide updates, and identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Lead strategic discussions and oversee the work of junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of account management experience (preferably in a creative agency with beauty/cosmetics brands).
  • Strong digital performance & project management experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, drive results, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong marketing knowledge with the ability to solve client challenges.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project/task management principles and systems.
