Position Responsibilities
Commercial Collaborations
- Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships with brands in everyday categories (e.g., banks, telcos, FMCG)
- Develop co-branded campaigns, loyalty programs, and cross-promotions that drive foot traffic, revenue, and user acquisition.
- Monitor and measure performance to maximize ROI and ensure sustainable partnership impact.
Brand Collaborations
- Lead collaborations with creative brands, celebrity influencers, and IP holders to co-create unique customer experiences and engage new audiences.
- Build long-term brand alliances that support both short-term marketing goals and long-term brand equity.
Partnership Strategy, Project Management & Execution
- Align all partnerships with ZUS Coffee’s brand positioning and annual business objectives.
- Identify emerging trends and new partnership opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and revenue growth, develop a robust pipeline of partnerships, balancing quick wins with long-term collaborations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partnership initiatives, from partner sourcing and contract negotiation to campaign rollout and performance evaluation. Ensure post-campaign analysis is conducted to assess impact, learnings, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, design, and marketing, to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Relationship Management
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring continued collaboration and deeper engagements.
- Act as the primary liaison between ZUS Coffee and partners, facilitating clear communication and mutual goal alignment.
Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or marketing.
- Strong network in Malaysia’s lifestyle, creative, and commercial brand space is a plus.
- Proven ability to negotiate and execute successful collaborations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with strategic vision and results-driven mindset, strong analytical skills to measure and optimize partnership outcomes.
