Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Spotify, Naver Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks to maximize ROAS and conversion rates.
  • Own the campaign tracking structure, URL campaign tagging, and naming conventions.

Brand Partnership Campaigns

  • Support the wider Brand Partnership team, while managing smaller localized brand partnership campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Programmatic & DSP Execution

  • Support in managing programmatic campaigns across TheTradeDesk (TTD), StackAdapt, Adroll, and DV360.
  • Collaborate on audience segmentation strategies and explore inventory access.
  • Ensure compliance with regional DSP restrictions and campaign scalability.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Own the end-to-end campaign performance tracking process, including:
    • Frontend tracking setup with GA4, Appsflyer, and GTM.
    • Backend server-side integrations (Snowflake, etc)
    • Data visualization and reporting for key stakeholders.
  • Develop contingency plans for market-specific challenges.
  • Connect tracking to all Ad Platforms including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Spotify Ads, Reddit Ads, Quora Ads, Google Play, Apple Store Ads.

Localized Insights & Market Strategy

  • Provide market-specific insights on PPC performance and audience trends across SEA, Europe, and MENA.
  • Guide the team on industry best practices, Partnership audience targeting, and localized ad placements.

Agency & Brand Governance

  • Act as the brand custodian for all external agencies managing PPC or DSP campaigns.
  • Ensure SLAs are met for campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in PPC, programmatic media, or digital performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of GA4, UTM tracking, Appsflyer, GTM, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of DSP buying, and audience segmentation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience working across multiple global markets, particularly SEA, Europe, and MENA.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Desirable: Some basic industry experience.
