Internship with Human Resources & Administration Department (ALLOWANCE PROVIDED) Overall the Trainee will learn from on-job training and assist the HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION department in the following areas: • To arrange the interview appointments and prepare documentation such as Employment Application form and Interview Rating Form. • To handle staff claims, leave applications and credit card reconciliation. • To update currency exchange rate in PBD system • To take charge of intern induction and prepare intern summary payroll sheet according to their attendance report. • To calculate overtime and prepare summary overtime sheet. • To make arrangements for new staffs • To handle summons • To manage company uniform and distributed to respective staffs • To calculate and checking claims receipt • To do car arrangements for staff for site visits • To monitor company vehicle latest sum insured value for insurance and road tax renewal • To review project code for company pool car – fuel usage • And to undertake and carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
