  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities 1. Provide day-to-day IT support to staff via phone, email, and in-person. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, email, office applications, and printers. 3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications. 4. Assist in organizing and managing any IT-related activities and events. 5. Assist with the setup, maintenance of the IT infrastructure, networks and systems. 6. Managing user accounts and profiles, as well as handling password issues, including the creation and deactivation of user accounts. 7. Managing IT assets and procurement procedure 8. Work collaboratively with the Group IT team to ensure the Malaysia IT office operates efficiently. Which include software license compliance, adherence to hardware standardization as well as build a well-security IT environment 9. To undertake job related tasks as assigned by superior/ the management. Qualifications & Experience 1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology or its equivalent. 2. Minimum 2 years hands on working experience in production, engineering, supply chain and 3. Quality management in MNCs related to manufacturing of aquaculture, animal nutrition, agriculture, chemical, food processing, medical devices, pharmaceutical or its equivalent products. 4. Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin language will be an added advantage. 5. Familiar with setup/configuration of IT networks equipment (e.g. Firewall, network switch and Wireless AP devices …etc) 6. Strong troubleshooting skills for fixing IT hardware and software issue (e.g. Windows 10/11, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…. etc) 7. Experience in using ERP and/or SAP will be an added advantage. 8. Strong in communication & coordination skills. 9.Good presentation skills.
