LOGISTICS CLERK

1 To reorder/replenish stock for child parts, consumable items, and packing material. 2 To prepare stock cards for child parts, consumable items, and packing material. 3 To issue a transfer order for the Aluminium ingot and child part to QA to confirm the quality before transferring to store inventory. 4 To issue/ receive transfer notes to and from other departments in Navision. 5 To issue PR to replenish production items at the store. 6 To liaise with Purchasing on the delivery/ part arrival date. 7 To receive part from supplier and subcon. 8 To issue GRN for entire item receive by store. 9 To control and issuance of NBDO upon request from other department. 10 Prepare DO for all local customers. 11 Prepare shipment invoice for all Singapore based customers 12 To liaise with transporter to book lorry for delivery for outstation customers. 13 To check each part/box is correct against the shipment document before releasing cargo to forwarder. 14 To receive, check, sign and update stock card based on transfer order from QA. 15 To update to planner on the stock level/ inventory for each part prior to shipment. 16 Prepare/ update shipment K2 information for finance for every shipment for audit checking. 17 To compare the local PO outstanding report against Sena Navision SO and advise planner if there is any shipment/ order discrepancy. 18 Print labels for shipment for each boxes. 19 Random check stock count by store hand on stock take day. 20 Filling the entire shipment document for references and finance audit. 21 To generate necessary reports required by superior. 22 In charge of 3S for logistic department. 23 Inputpart movement on MAPS 24 To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by the superior
