Manager, Business Operations (FMCG)

Job Brief : The Manager, Business Operations (FMCG) will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse range of projects within the FMCG sector. You will lead cross-functional teams, from project initiation to completion, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the FMCG industry. - Develop and define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Create project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk assessment. - Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance, to ensure effective collaboration and project execution. - Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions. - Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities. - Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful completion of projects. Coordinate with functional managers to secure necessary resources, such as manpower, equipment, and materials. - Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
