Job Brief : Troopers is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute your ideas! - Conceptualise, design, and produce impactful brand and marketing materials for both digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with Troopers' brand image. - Proactively generate ideas and deliver collaterals from initial drafts to final artworks, contributing to campaign optimisation and lead generation efforts. - Apply a deep understanding of the target audience to develop design strategies and layouts that resonate with both B2B and B2C markets. - Achieve a balance between aesthetics and practicality in design, capturing audience attention while effectively communicating key messages. - Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in the application of Troopers' Corporate Identity across all materials. - Stay abreast of current market trends in design, visual communication, video advertising, and social media to inform and enhance creative output. - Provide creative direction and contribute a discerning eye to video production and editing, spanning corporate and social media trend videos.
