Job Description: -Assist in the preparation, updating, and filing of quality records, including inspection reports, test results, corrective actions, quality certifications, and other documentation in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. -Support the implementation and monitoring of ISO 9001:2015 procedures and policies, ensuring adherence to company quality standards. -Prepare and assist with internal and external audits, including ISO 9001:2015, by providing necessary documents, records, and supporting information. -Support the Quality Department by providing necessary forms, checklists, and information to complete quality checks efficiently. -Maintain and organize quality management system (QMS) documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. -Support the Quality Department by providing necessary forms, checklists, and information to complete quality checks efficiently. Job Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control, ISO 9001:2015 standards, or administration is a plus. -Experienced in a clerical or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or quality control environment. -Experienced with ISO 9001:2015 documentation is an advantage. -Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
