Job Description: • To monitor foreign workers permit & passport renewal • Liaise with panel clinic for FOMEMA yearly medical checkup, bank guarantee, SKHPPA and workmen insurance. • Renew yearly working permit accordingly. • Arrange to renew the passport if required. • Prepare documents for the KDN application (included JCS new application & COM replacement) and follow up the arrival date upon approved by the KDN. • Launch police report for the absconded of foreign workers. • Report to JTK for new comers within fourteen [14] days from the arrival date. • Report to JTK resigned or absconded foreign workers within thirty (30) days from the resigned date. • Arrange for workers going back – air ticket booking, apply Check-out MEMO, arrangement to airport. • To liaise for foreign worker going back for holidays. • Ensure good hostel security and maintenance management, spot checks required. • To deal with outsourcing hostel management for any hostel arrangement needed. • Arrange transportation for foreign workers as requested. • Quarterly issue PR for the stationery and distribute to the requestor from other department. • Consolidate and check all the invoices, get the approval and submit to Finance Dept for payment. • Prepare and issue employee badges to all employees. • Issued access card to the necessary staff. • Issued and tracked the locker issuance to the employees. • Assist the Human Resources Manager in ensuring the compliance of the Human Resources policies, procedures, rules and regulations by the employees.
