Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirement and Attributes • a love of food and beverages and being in the public eye • a friendly and personable demeanor • the stamina to remain on their feet for extended periods • to clean and wash dishes according to company standard(s) • the ability to perform detailed work quickly and safely • the ability to work in stressful conditions • the commitment to follow health and safety regulations • the ability to understand and follow company rules, direction & culture To fulfill all tasks below relating to operation (but not limited to): · Work closely with Chef de Partie · Able to run a section of the kitchen on his/her own while ensuring that it runs according to performance standards · Maintains a high level of food quality standards, whilst following Menus, Recipe formats, and directions as outlined · Following menus, recipe formats, and directions · Preparing and cooking food · Assisting in all activities in the kitchen · Enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen · Oversees preparation, cooking and presentation for plates · Provide direction to the kitchen helpers, including commis, cooks, kitchen attendants and stewards · Ensure that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and accordingly to standard recipes · To ensure minimum kitchen wastage · To ensure knowledge of the product is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel · To be responsible for completing mis en place · To learn and record skills and recipes from other members of the department · To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section · To be flexible and willing to help the restaurant kitchen at busy times if required Extra : 1.
