1 Responsibilities • Lead and assist all marketing activities to promote the company's projects and enhance brand visibility. • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners that aligned with the company's business objectives and target audience preferences. • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print media, events, road show and partnerships, to reach target audiences and drive engagement. • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, videos, and presentations, to engage and educate prospects and customers. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for innovation, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics. • Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement. • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company. 2 Qualifications/Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, on Marketing /Business Studies/Administration/ Communication or equivalent. • Candidate with at least five (5) years’ experience in property developer / real estate industry. • Excellent command of both oral and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. • Manage marketing expenditure and budget. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meeting dateline. • Committed with result driven personality. • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools & software. • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Words, Excel & Power Point) • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Must be independent and dynamic. • Able to work on weekends and public holidays when needed. • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
