Job Requirements:- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Administration or equivalent. - Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Meticulous attention to details. - Computer literate: Microsoft office (word, excel, and power point) - Able to multitask and coordinate work priorities and duties. - Possess a positive attitude initiative, self-motivated and hardworking. Job Responsibilities:- - Able to handling general clerical works in office - Assist in maintain project related documents. - Produce and distribute correspondence emails, memos, letters, faxes and forms. - Assist in new tendering preparation, project documentation, printing drawing - To manage the procurement team to source quotations and supplies/goods from both local and overseas. - Responsible to select vendors, place orders, and may arrange for service contract. -Prepare purchase order and delivery order, - Liaise with subcontractors on contract matters, - Prepare insurance project / car, renewal or stamping contract. - Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates. - Maintain records and follow up files of purchase and related matters. - Answering phone call and routine calls to the correct person or taking message. - Proper documentation record / filing system for both hard and soft copy.
