Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our finance team at a 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and processing guest accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the smooth operation of our hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and sending of guest invoices for services rendered. - Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and follow-up on overdue accounts. - Reconcile daily transactions and update accounts receivable records. - Process credit card payments, direct debits, and bank transfers. - Coordinate with the front office and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account records. - Assist in preparing reports for month-end closing and audits. - Respond to guest inquiries regarding billing and payments in a professional manner. - Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
