We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team. As part of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities - Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing bed linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies. - Handle dirty linens efficiently, ensuring they are sorted and sent for laundering. - Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and offices to ensure a neat and welcoming environment. - Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping storage and supply areas. - Report any unusual incidents, complaints, unauthorized persons in rooms, missing or damaged hotel properties, lost and found items, etc., to the superior immediately. - Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor or manager. - Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. - Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and security. - Take ownership of your work area, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and any issues are addressed proactively.
