1) To oversee manufacturing operations, optimizing production processes 2) To plan and monitor production process 3) To create production forecasting 4) To develop and maintain competences and quality awareness, and commitment of continuous improvement to zero defect 5) To create a consistence and good communication rhythm with top management on daily operational status and reports 6) To ensure adherence to good hygienic practices in the factory 7) To ensure all procedures, safety standards and regulations are strictly followed 8) To supervise, motivate and support staff, and enhance positive working environment
