3D CAD CAM PROGRAMMER

GLOBALTRON-PLC TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. seeks a 3D CAD-CAM PROGRAMMER to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Create design solutions and is responsible for design concept • Design in 3D preferably using Solidwork / AUTOCAD software to prepare drawing for existing projects. • Read and interpret drawings and input the process in software • Prepare design sketch, isometric drawings and detailed working drawings for production requirement such as process checking and test running. • Develop applications using CAD/CAM (computer-assisted drafting, computer-assisted manufacturing) for the control of robots, computer numerical control (CNC) machines and other manufacturing processes and operations. • Utilizing existing product designs, create designs, and complete detail changes to • adapt to meet new requirements. • Tool design for assembly operations and uses control sensors for mechanical interface. • Responsibility for storage of equipment, tools drawings and maintenance of job folders using a method as per company’s standard and procedures. • Able to prepare holding fixture concept and designs for optimized machine cycle time and product quality. • To ensure the quality of the work by using various measurement methods and equipment and should maintain relevant project information regular basis using shop floor. • Proses solution and tool design for assembly tools and prepares the production drawing for tool components and bills of material. • Suggest and implement productivity improvements in the areas of machining and programming. • Responsible for preparing the documentation and the algorithm for the design process. • Prioritize continuous improvement to identify and implement processes that will improve productivity, quality, profitability, and safety • Work closely with the production team to ensure that all programs meet production requirements.
