Your role at Xevera: You will develop and retain high-value clients with premium financial market research contents and create a professional brand image for Xevera. You will be responsible for analyzing assigned areas and instruments for internal staff, semi-institutional clients, HVC. The Financial Market Strategist team has various members with different skills who help each other to generate a high-value output for external and internal stakeholders. You may also be a speaker or participant in events for internal staff, clients, and Introducing Broker partners. You will: - Organize and participate in all stages of the research process, including research briefing preparation, defining the population and research tools, gathering and analyzing market data and customer insights, and conducting interviews, among others - Conduct and utilize existing methods of research from customer surveys to interviews, usability testing, in-depth analysis, focus group discussion, and others - Communicate with external agencies to conduct and analyze research, negotiating results where applicable - Extract data from multiple sources, analyze it, including statistical techniques, and turn into meaningful business insights - Produce regular reporting and periodic research into key business issues - Explore approaches to improving the knowledge management in the organization - Create professional content pieces on a periodic basis to meet internal and customer needs. - Follow market news and critical events closely. - Use research/data providers that we have subscribed to in order to aid your day-to-day tasks. - Provide tailored market-analysis contents, together with an analysis of the customer's trading record, behavior, and strategy, through VIP customer sessions. - Act as a speaker in our on-site or online events for clients. - Possibly join our respective key account managers in customer visits in order to develop customer relationships. - Provide market-analysis contents for our partners so that they can leverage the contents to develop more effective business results for their customers. - Collaborate with external bloggers and internal social media-specialist teams. - Organize events, seminars, and webinars to deliver market analytics and trading educational contents to internal staff and clients. What makes you a great fit: - Native speaker and possess both excellent verbal / written communication skills in English - Minimum 6–8 years experience in marketing research or a research role in a financial or fintech organization - Proficiency working with datasets to extract, manipulate, and analyze customer data - Understanding of research methodology, including survey design - Experience with survey or voice of the customer platforms, such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, FocusVision, or other - Strong Excel skills - Ability to apply statistical techniques such as correlation, regression, or cluster analyses - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly - High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail - Practice in project managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines - Experience with analysis tools, such as R, Python, SPSS, or Q - SQL skills and experience with any CRM platforms.
