Position: Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker) Company: Footer Malaysia Industry: Clothing wholesaler Company Location: G Tower, Kuala Lumpur Working Hours: Flexible schedule (Mon-fri) Salary Range: RM2300 to RM3500 Job Description: • Order Processing: Assist in processing and tracking customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely updates with internal departments for order fulfillment. • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain and update customer records, order details, and product inquiries in the system accurately to ensure data integrity for smooth reference and reporting. • Online Customer Service Support: Handle initial inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat), providing basic information on products, order status based as per company policies and SOP. • Complaint Assistance: Handle customer complaints and issues, assisting in the initial resolution process or referring them to the Customer Service Executive for further handling. • Financial Transactions - Support tasks related to verifying payments and processing simple transactions, under supervision. • Returns and Exchanges: Process customer returns and exchanges, ensuring all protocols are followed accurately. • Store Support: Assist with in-store duties on the second floor, including replenishing stock and managing minor tasks during busy periods. • Feedback and Reporting: Collect customer feedback including common inquiries, order issues, and feedback summaries and relay it to the supervisor for service improvements. • General Administrative Support - Handle additional administrative duties, such as logistics assistance, inventory updates and other duties assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields. • Preferable candidate with 1-2 years of experience in in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or related industries. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. • Basic experience with order processing and familiarity with online sales platforms.
