IT PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities: • Strategic planning and governance the project management according to the business goals of the organization. • Managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder expectations & communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance. • Establish strong information feedback on Potential Pipeline, Client needs and Top Management Progress Reporting. • Organize and lead stakeholders project status meeting, customers meetings and others working & management reporting meetings. • Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management office. • Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management office. • Manage and allocate resources accurately across projects and able to delivery on-time / on-budget project management results. Job Requirement: • Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or during pursuing professional studies in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/Information Technology/Project Management or its equivalent. • Must possess great communication & writings skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactive and positive nature personality. • Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player. • Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines. • Meticulous and detail-oriented person. • Good Customer relationship and User Acceptance Test (UAT) / System Testing Skill. • Project requirement study and proposed solutions • Good command of both spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
