Dispatch clerk cum Van Driver

Key Responsibilities Logistics • Manage bike towing, PUSPAKOM (inspection), and bike transfers. • Coordinate transportation, including storage and delivery of goods. • Ensure safe loading, unloading, and transportation of goods. • Other tasks assigned by your supervisor. Dispatch • Prepare and schedule deliveries, ensuring they are on time. • Collect important documents from government offices (e.g., Kastam, Immigration, JPJ). • Submit documents to banks and other locations. • Handle JPJ-related paperwork (e.g., registration, road tax renewals). • Assist the Admin team with daily tasks. • Perform other duties as needed. Requirements • Valid GDL and D licenses. • Good driving skills with a van. • Prior experience in logistics or dispatch is a plus. • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. • Able to work independently or as part of a team. • Knowledge of government procedures (JPJ, Kastam, Immigration) is a bonus. • Ability to assist customers during roadside emergencies.
