HR Senior Executive
1. Develop and implement recruitment plans to ensure the company’s talent needs are met
2. Responsible for the development, management and optimization of recruitment channels
3. Write job descriptions and publish recruitment information, screen resumes, and arrange interviews
4. Communicate recruitment needs with various departments and optimize recruitment process
5. Organize recruitment activities and maintain the company’s good employer brand image
6. Analyze recruitment data and provide relevant reports and optimization suggestions
7. Responsible for the onboarding procedures of new employees and ensuring recruitment compliance
8. Handle employee attendance/salary/recruitment/employee disputes
9. Process payment/operational analysis reports
1. Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, business administration or related majors
2. At least 3 years of recruitment work experience, preference will be given to those with experience in supervisory positions
3. Familiar with recruitment channels and interview techniques, and have strong talent selection capabilities
4. Have good communication and coordination skills and strong team spirit
5. Proficient in using office software and capable of data analysis
6. Fluent in Chinese and English, those with working experience in foreign companies or multinational companies are preferred
