a) Lead Generation and Prospecting- Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects using various channels such as online platforms, networking events, and industry publications.
- Initiate outreach and communications to qualify leads and arrange meetings or demos for senior team members.
b) Market Research and Analysis- Assist the business development team in researching market trends and analyzing industry data to uncover growth opportunities and emerging market segments.
- Gather competitive intelligence and benchmarking insights to support strategic decision-making.
c) Client Relationship Management- Work alongside senior team members to nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
d) Sales Support and Coordination- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to monitor progress toward targets and objectives.
- Coordinate sales meetings, events, and promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-up.
e) Learning and Development- Actively pursue learning opportunities to enhance expertise in sales and business development best practices.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and industry events to stay updated on market trends and innovations.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build rapport.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative, learn new skills, and contribute to team goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
