The Sales Executive is responsible for traveling within the assigned sales territory to promote and sell a range of food supplements to retail pharmacies or other healthcare providers. This role requires building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they have the appropriate product knowledge to effectively market and sell our food supplements.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the health supplement industry, such as retail pharmacies or healthcare providers.
  • Make regular calls, visits, take orders, etc., to achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
  • Prioritize and review daily sales activities to ensure the sales plan is on track to meet KPIs.
  • Execute sales activities for the assigned territory, including product portfolios, new product introductions, order taking, merchandising display setups, and in-store activities.
  • Manage and monitor progress of sales activities, including market hygiene.
  • Handle customers' queries and provide product information and support.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting food supplement products.
  • Monitor and provide monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors' activities in the assigned sales territory.
  • Educate and train customers on product usage, benefits, and market potential to drive sales.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to represent the company and its product lines.
  • Participate in sales and promotion activities with the marketing team.
  • Travel within the assigned sales territory to meet customers.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Skills required: Communication skills, Product knowledge, Negotiation skills
  • Candidates without qualifications but with 5–7 years’ experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food supplement, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, selling, and presentation skills with the ability to explain product details and benefits effectively.
  • Knowledge of dietary supplements, health trends, and customer needs within the wellness industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach in a team environment.
  • Must be willing to travel locally and outstation, and possess own car.
