We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our food supplements sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmacy or food supplement industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, expanding our market presence, and cooperating with management to establish the sales department and build a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the company’s revenue goals and market expansion targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Work closely with management to establish the sales department from the ground up.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process to build a strong, effective sales team.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify opportunities for product development and market growth.
  • Track and report on sales performance, including metrics such as revenue, market share, and distribution points. Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
