We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our food supplements sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmacy or food supplement industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, expanding our market presence, and cooperating with management to establish the sales department and build a high-performing sales team.

- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical or food supplements industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; independent, open-minded, and outgoing.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers nationwide.
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Minimum education: Diploma and above.
