  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC machine (Vertical, Horizontal, 3 Axis)
  • Maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Operates various conventional machine shop equipment such as lathes, mills, grinders, vertical and horizontal saws to produce and detail a variety of parts, ranging from simple to complex, which are within prescribed tolerances.
  • Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
  • Designs and constructs machine shop tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
  • Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to company standards.
  • Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
  • Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
  • Fluent in speak, read and write in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be preferable,
  • Candidate must be posses min. Certificate or Diploma in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (others), with specializing in precision machining.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in CNC machining is preferred.
  • Able to read and translate engineering drawing.
  • Able to perform simple troubleshooting on machines and self-inspection on products.
