  • Assist in all aspects of contract administration.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender costing and tender documents.
  • Assist in requesting quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors.
  • Assist in the preparation of costing for tenders.
  • Issue purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Issue customer quotations, work orders, worker lists, and work permit applications.
  • Maintain general clerical duties such as organizing necessary documentation, files, and records.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall company operations.
  • Prepare petty cash claims and handle hardware purchases.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Able to converse in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Clear communication in English, both verbal and written.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Good attitude, responsible, self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn and able to work independently.
