- Assist in all aspects of contract administration.
- Assist in the preparation of tender costing and tender documents.
- Assist in requesting quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors.
- Assist in the preparation of costing for tenders.
- Issue purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Issue customer quotations, work orders, worker lists, and work permit applications.
- Maintain general clerical duties such as organizing necessary documentation, files, and records.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall company operations.
- Prepare petty cash claims and handle hardware purchases.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Clear communication in English, both verbal and written.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good attitude, responsible, self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills.
