- Develop and execute a tailored marketing strategy for Xiaohongshu, Facebook and Instagram that aligns with the brand’s overall goals.
- Plan and create platform-specific content (e.g., posts, videos, stories) that resonates with all platform's audience.
- Manage influencer relationships, including contract negotiations, campaign briefings, and performance tracking.
- Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- In-depth knowledge of Xiaohongshu’s, Instagram and Facebook, user demographics, and content trends.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
- Strong grasp on communication and writing skills for content creation and brand messaging.
- Experience in a marketing role, ideally within the beauty or fragrance sector (at least 1 year).
- Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred, as XHS is a Chinese platform.
