  • Handles several full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL & Reporting), including reconciliations and preparation of schedules of Singapore companies
  • Assist in timely year end closing accounts.
  • Assist in preparation of compilation of financial statements and management accounts for clients
  • Prepare quarterly GST report for clients
  • Handle customers’ queries via email &/or phone calls
  • Monitor customer’s accounts and queries reply
  • Prepare tax schedules and simple income tax computations follow Singapore tax principles.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by the Company
  • Minimum 3-4 year experience in accounting roles
  • Experience in Singapore Accounting/Audit firm is preferred
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree/ACCA in Accounting or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, and accounting software
  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels and positive working attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent in spoken and writing English to deal with China and Singapore local clients
