- Handle inquiries from new and existing customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and documentation support.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and assisting the sales team with order tracking.
- Resolve customer service issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the manager or immediate superior.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, customer service.
- At least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (written and spoken). Fluency in English, Malay, or other dialects is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
