Responsibilities:- Maintaining fixed assets schedule.
- Issuing of sales invoices and official receipts.
- Performing bank reconciliation as well as monitoring bank balance and petty cash.
- Checking proper documentation for all supplier invoices and obtain approval prior to payment. Managing supplier aging.
- Responsible to manage full set of accounts, including general accounting, account receivable, and account payable with closing.
- Ensure all accounting records are properly updated, kept and filed.
- Managing director's claim.
- Preparation of monthly reports.
- Coordinate, resolve and follow up with inter department and office matters.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers and other related divisions where necessary
- Handling admin matters including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and assets.
- Assist in other admin and ad-hoc duties from time to time to ensure smooth flow of work.
- Preparation of journals, debit note and credit note.
- Handle and organize office administrative work as well as undertake any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirement:- Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma in Finance or Accounting or LCCI graduate or similar.
- Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Candidate must be committed, analytical, result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independent.
- Knowledge in SQL, AutoCount software an added advantage.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage as well.
- Good knowledge of computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Office especially in Excel and words
