  • Assist in obtaining hardware price quotations from stage 1 to stage 6 or the final stage for all involved sites.
  • Assist in price comparison for each stage of hardware items and ensure orders are placed before proceeding to the payment session with the company's finance department.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of hardware items and update the progress of each stage in the Tukang and SV group.
  • Ensure that the BQ prices are updated for all purchased hardware items.
  • Assist the Hardware Unit Head in manually calculating quantities if the site differs from the design.
  • Source new hardware and suppliers if the site has never dealt with the company before.
  • Ensure that all purchased items comply with the company's price ceiling.
  • Adhere to procedures in carrying out tasks.
  • Train, assist, and develop trainee students to facilitate work processes.
  • Strive to achieve the company's set targets if applicable.
  • Be prepared to perform other related tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
  • Able to communicate and interact with all levels.
