- Assist in obtaining hardware price quotations from stage 1 to stage 6 or the final stage for all involved sites.
- Assist in price comparison for each stage of hardware items and ensure orders are placed before proceeding to the payment session with the company's finance department.
- Ensure smooth delivery of hardware items and update the progress of each stage in the Tukang and SV group.
- Ensure that the BQ prices are updated for all purchased hardware items.
- Assist the Hardware Unit Head in manually calculating quantities if the site differs from the design.
- Source new hardware and suppliers if the site has never dealt with the company before.
- Ensure that all purchased items comply with the company's price ceiling.
- Adhere to procedures in carrying out tasks.
- Train, assist, and develop trainee students to facilitate work processes.
- Strive to achieve the company's set targets if applicable.
- Be prepared to perform other related tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Able to communicate and interact with all levels.
