  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as processing payments, managing patient records, and maintaining inventory, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with patients.
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a healthcare or clinic setting will be an advantage, though fresh graduates also welcome to apply.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with basic office equipment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
    • Strong sense of discipline, including punctuality, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
