- Responsible for overall Human Resource operations and Payroll functions
- Manage overall payroll processing including liaising with the related government statutory bodies. e.g. EPF, Socso, PCB, HRDF.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of the company's payroll. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations affecting payroll and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and best standard practices.
- Hiring and recruitment – vacancy placement, pre-screening of candidates, job interview and staff induction.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Experience in handling HR systems is an added advantage.
- Familiar with up-to-date Malaysian Employment Act with experience in handling employee grievances, counselling and related.
- Perform other HR related duties as assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirement:
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Certification in payroll administration or HR management is a plus
Experience Requirement:
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing or related role.
- Experience in F&B retail chain will be an advantage
Language Requirement:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
Skill Requirement:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of Malaysia Employment Act
- Understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Possess good HR knowledge

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment (5 working days)
