  • Prepare/ review and process invoices accurately and timely.
  • Verify pricing data / ensuring accuracy of charges and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile invoices with pricing agreements and delivery receipts.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of all invoices /payments and transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of pricing reports as needed.
  • Support the pricing team with additional administrative tasks.
  • SPM / Diploma
  • Proven experience as an Invoice Clerk Billing Clerk or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of pricing and invoice processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel experience with pricing software is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

    Physical Requirement:-
