- Prepare/ review and process invoices accurately and timely.
- Verify pricing data / ensuring accuracy of charges and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile invoices with pricing agreements and delivery receipts.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of all invoices /payments and transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of pricing reports as needed.
- Support the pricing team with additional administrative tasks.
- SPM / Diploma
- Proven experience as an Invoice Clerk Billing Clerk or similar role.
- Strong understanding of pricing and invoice processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel experience with pricing software is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
