Human Resource Administration Assistant
Human Resource Assist in the full cycle of recruitment process, including recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, phone screening, scheduling interview, and conducting reference checks. Assist to source potential candidates against job requirements via diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and networking. Assist to maintain and update employee records and other HR-related documentation. Assist in providing support in employee relations, addressing queries, and resolving any workplace issues. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist in the preparation of company internal newsletter and announcements. Administration Provide front desk reception duties include handling of all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner. Manage and maintain all office facilities and equipment. To liaise with property management on building access and maintenance matters. To supervise cleaner on office cleaning and housekeeping. To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field.
2 years of related administration/human resource experience an added advantage.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Possess a valid driver's license and proficient in driving。
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.
Operation hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm..
