What you'll do

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from crafting job descriptions to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Elevate CTG Group’s employer brand to make us the go-to choice for job seekers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand workforce needs and deliver on hiring goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use recruitment metrics and insights to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill rates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep up with industry trends to refine hiring strategies and attract diverse, high-quality talent.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven track record in hiring within a corporate environment, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Language: Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role
