  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position: Sales Operations Analyst Industry: IT & Networking Working Duration: 6 months contract (Renewable based on performance) Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:30pm Working Location: Level 5, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, Brickfields, 50470 Kuala Lumpur Salary: Basic up to RM6,000 (Based on experience & skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage Role & Responsibilities: • The candidate will support stakeholders with daily operations. • The role demands working with cross functional teams on a day-to-day basis. • Candidate will need to understand and learn the usage of tools and systems used by sales teams. • Create and maintain SFDC dashboards relevant to the business / stakeholders. • Support with new hire onboarding. • Support sellers with crediting investigation (FETs) • Drive merging of duplicate accounts and support with data • Data Analysis and support for QBR and other business reviews • Support stakeholders with weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts and analysis. • Manage forecast deal list, call out deviations, look at trends and outcomes. • Maintain bookings report for business reporting and other adhoc activities. • Facilitate business meetings for your stakeholders. • Candidate will support intense but critical new year readiness activities like systems setup, account assignments, goaling support and analysis, validation of restatements, support with goal sheets and so on. Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma holder • 3 – 4 years of related working experience • Experience in SFDC dashboards or Salesforce is a plus.
