Job Description • Provide effective solution on-site manufacturing digitalization, visualization, data optimization and analysis software development scope. • Write user-interface and server-side code for web-based applications. • Developed new software applications, debug any software issue, perform any enhancement required and deploy department and project teams. • Create a proof of concept and mockup software to achieve project goals and continue support for any developed software application after deployment. • Analyze needs of users at assembly to digitalize and simplify manual processes. • Design, develop and test software in processes that has been identified that requires improvement. • Ensure software projects schedule meets committed dates. • Ensure continued functionality of a program during maintenance and testing of software • On site to resolve / trouble – shoot programs issue faced by end users. • Work closely with operations team to do needs analysis, design, implement and digitalize existing operations flow, creating diagrams, flowcharts and models that illustrate process flow, develop and implement software to digitalize end-to-end process. • Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance. • Develop the necessary procedure, provide training and implement new systems to be used at shop floor. Supported end-users, including software troubleshooting and training. • Work in a team environment to meet production and project related goals and cost objectives • Work with on-site team to identify, data visualization, software solution to deliver business value and streamline factory processes
