Logistic & Material Assistant

Updating inventories including raw material and finished goods. • Responsible for daily inventory commitment and reconciliation. Ensure accuracy ofphysical inventories against system record. • Update receiving and incoming inspection report. • Day to day warehouse operation and ensure cleanliness of the warehouse area, and finished goods/raw material well organized. • Delivery and collection of goods to/from vendors or customers. • Ensure data entry into receiving record is correct. • Pack finished goods for shipment and ensure finished goods packed correctly. • Arranging for shipment with courier/carrier/transport. • Ensure of booking made for shipment and prepare shipping document. • Ensure shipping document ready in advance and accurate. • Ensure finished goods pick-up/ship according to required date. • Ensure all finished goods filled up prior to delivery date. • Able to handle local customs procedure and other government related agencies. Ensure to check validity and update all the Magnetic Particle Inspection / Load test certification and ready to use offshore. • To outsource rental and ensure all container, explosive magazine, open basket, tote tank or any equipment require is sufficient. • Arranging shipment and deal with custom for clearance and Customer for any material mobilize to location/offshore. • To ensure to compile and update C8 document and submit to Custom on quarterly basis. • To ensure explosive permit validity and arranging to renew on monthly basis. • To renew and update on yearly basis Explosive Storage license and deal with Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD).
