Responsibility - To check drawings, bills of quantity, and documents after the project is awarded. - To manage all document control processes, ensuring the proper e-filing of all correspondence. - To monitor and ensure that the contractor claim process is completed on time. - To attend all clients, consultants, and contractor meetings, record attendance, and prepare minutes of the meetings. -To maintain progress billing records and keep track of Architect Certificates. - To ensure accurate and timely documentation and communication regarding project progress and payments. - To track all variation orders and ensure that all relevant Architect/Engineer instructions are recorded. - To assist the Project Manager in preparing relevant documents for submission to authorities. - To maintain the SOP for key handover to clients during vacant possession and ensure customer satisfaction. - To monitor all defect complaints and manage rectification work during the defect liability period. - To liaise with contractors and manage the process of utilities applications during vacant possession. Requirements - Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Building, or any related field of study, or equivalent. - At least 1 year of working experience in a related field. - Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage. - Preferably experienced with AutoCAD software. - Strong interpersonal skills, organized, disciplined, and a team player. - Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
